M’sian whiz kid gets accolades for inventing sustainable livestock feed

KUALA LUMPUR – Maryam Muzamir, an 11-year-old student from Kuantan, has garnered local and international praise for her innovative product.

With only the ingredients of common food waste from discarded seafood shells, Maryam’s YAM2.0 is a sustainable livestock feed that can be used for chicken, goats, fish, and pigs.

On September 23, TV host James Corden applauded Maryam’s product and uploaded a clip from his show with the hashtag #ClimateNight.
