This is just an option how you want to schedule your water intake. It is ok for anyone to have their own method how to drink water sufficiently in a day. And yes, consult doctor if anyone have problem with water intake. Never take risk for your health.

This is the wrong way of drinking water. People will end up in hospital. What a rubbish? Wake up in the morning taking 1 to 2 glass of water. Long run the People will get gastric, stomach indigestion, thinning of stomach wall etc. Real Nonsense.
